Pedra Alta is a new high profile residential development in the São Paulo countryside.

WAY has designed all the social areas of the masterplan, the main entrance, reception building and club house. The project beautifully integrates indoor and outdoor areas, giving shape to local elements that can be found in the surrounding landscape, such as the typical “red ground“ and the native woodlands. These are reflected in the use of corten, cumaru timber floors, the traditional Brazilian style of in situ concrete and tree motif perforated panels.
