Located in the bucolic region of Campinas, this is a high profile residential development. Way designed the common spaces buildings – access control, club house, gym and barbecue area – in a way that harmonizes with the topography through its geometry and use of materials such as corten and fair face concrete. Perforated panels were used in the control access building to bring the local nature to the building facade.

The project was especially driven by the desire to value the lush view to the green area of the condominium and propitiate a contemporary and simultaneously welcoming space.
