We are working with Baynes and Mitchell Architects on the design of a modern, high-quality mixed-use residential/commercial building with 39 apartments on five floors and commercial premises, a mixture of shops and other business types, at ground floor level.
Each apartment will have its own terrace or balcony and all have been designed to maximise natural light. A courtyard that all residents will be able to enjoy is located on the fourth floor where entrances to some of the apartments are also located. Entrances to most of the apartments are via enclosed balconies within a small atrium.
The scheme includes nine affordable apartments, car parking for eleven cars and secure bicycle storage facilities for 42 bicycles. Close to a cycle super highway and to the river Thames, the building is five minutes walk from Battersea High Street.
